There are 2 types of CML/UK Finance Indemnity schemes; a Professional Consultants Certificate and Latent Defect Insurance, equally approved by major Lenders. Latent Defect Insurance is an Insurance Backed Guarantee with its own Policy Document, whereas a Professional Consultants Certificate is backed by specialist Professional Indemnity Insurance for the lifetime of the Certificate. Our Professional Indemnity Insurer is with an A-Rated Insurer who specialises in Construction risk.
